Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects across Chief People Organisation that contribute to key people strategies and initiatives.
• Support initiatives across Benefits, Opportunity & Inclusion, Talent, Learning and Corporate Communications.
• Collaborate with recruitment professionals on strategic hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Participate in projects focused on operational excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement within the Chief People Organisation.
