PNC is seeking a Human Resources Development Program Analyst/Associate based in Pittsburgh, PA. The program offers rotational assignments, mentoring, and blended learning to build HR competencies within One HR Model.

You’ll work to support learning, talent development, recruiting, compensation, and HR analytics while collaborating with senior leaders. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, have shown interest in HR through internships or coursework, and are eager to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum GPA 3.0.
• Demonstrated interest in human resources through internships, coursework, or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Participates as an analyst/associate in the development program.
• Performs or assists core activities to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, or process support).
• Participates in social learning, mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach.
• Engages in formal learning and completes related activities and projects.
• Supports internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service.
