Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking an HR Analyst - Compensation to analyze, develop, and administer our compensation programs. You will perform market research, evaluate job positions, and help shape salary structures that align with company objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR/compensation, with strong Excel skills. CCP/CCA desired; a valid driver's license is also preferred. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of HR and/or compensation experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst) is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, and administer compensation programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark analyses for job roles.
  • Evaluate positions and help design salary structures aligned with business goals.

What it takes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, and three years of HR and/or compensation experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst) certification (desired)
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team (desired)
