About The Role

We’re seeking an HR Analyst / HR Support Specialist to provide administrative and analytical support to our Human Resources department. In this role, you will ensure smooth operation of HR systems and processes, assist with employee data management, and help maintain compliance across core HR functions.

This is a full-time remote role, ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, data accuracy, and systems like Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related system queries, primarily in Workday
  • Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Generate ad-hoc HR reports to support department initiatives and decision-making
  • Assist with unemployment claim processing and follow-ups
  • Support compliance efforts related to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FMLA, and ACA

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR support roles
  • 1–2 years of experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft)
