We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Bilingual Recruiter (Recruiter 2). This will be a fully remote role, and will begin as a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

As a Recruiting Generalist, you will support our client’s Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. To be successful in this role you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. This role varies in scope and could provide support to a myriad of teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization.

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience or industry experience related to role
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Uses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines
• Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines
• Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates
• Adaptive to process changes
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Tracking Systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties

• LinkedIn Certification
• Talent Acquisition experience for a large technology company
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $36.00 to $43.19 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
