Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an HR Shared Services & AI Solutions Specialist. This onsite, contract-to-direct role supports HR operations with AI-enabled processes and data projects, offering a path to full-time employment within a global semiconductor company.

Expect duties spanning inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, data quality, automation opportunities, and design/testing of AI tools. Strong AI familiarity and HRIS experience are essential for success.

Competenze

• On-the-job AI tool experience required.
• 3+ years in HR operations or Shared Services.
• Experience with HR information systems, timekeeping, payroll, case management.
• Familiarity with generative AI and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot).
• Project coordination or management experience.

Mansioni

• Deliver responsive HR Shared Services support including inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
• Audit and improve HR data across systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities and build business cases for AI-enabled improvements.
• Design and test AI-enabled proof-of-concept solutions and automations.
• Manage HR tech projects including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to pilot and scale solutions.
• Redesign HR processes with human-and-AI operating models to reduce manual work.
• Create process maps, SOPs, governance standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Support HR reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
• Build AI capability across HR through guidance and knowledge sharing.
