Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Shared Services & AI Solutions Specialist to join its Scottsdale, AZ, onsite team. This contract-to-direct opportunity blends hands-on HR support with AI-driven process improvements, with room to grow within a global semiconductor services environment.

You will handle inquiries, onboarding, data management, and automation projects, partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to scale AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in HR operations or Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, case management.
• Familiarity with generative AI and productivity tools.
• Project coordination/management experience.
• MS Office suite experience (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams) for 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR Shared Services support: inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, transactions, records.
• Maintain, audit, cleanse, and improve HR data across systems for accuracy.
• Identify automation opportunities and build business cases for AI-enabled improvements.
• Design and test AI-enabled solutions, including agents and workflows.
• Manage HR tech projects: scope, plans, timelines, risks, stakeholders, testing.
• Partner with HR, IT, and leaders to pilot and scale solutions.
• Redesign HR processes with AI-enabled operating models to reduce manual effort.
• Create process maps, SOPs, governance standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Support HR reporting and analytics; translate data into insights.
• Build AI capability across HR through guidance and knowledge sharing.
