Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an Onsite AI Automation & Agent Specialist (HR Systems) to modernize HR workflows within a secure, manufacturing-focused environment in Phoenix, AZ. This 12-month fixed-term role requires 100% onsite presence and close collaboration with HR and IT teams.

You will design and deploy AI agents to handle employee inquiries, onboarding, and training, while automating complex HR processes and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, HR, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 3+ years in AI engineering, workflow automation, or enterprise integration.
• Experience building AI agents and working with LLMs; onsite manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with integration/automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for APIs and data transformations.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HITL AI workflows with human oversight before execution.
• Automate HR workflows including onboarding, shift-rotation, leave tracking, and training.
• Integrate AI agents into Slack, Teams, and internal portals with security in mind.
• Develop secure enterprise solutions and document system architecture.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and data governance to ensure compliance.
