Job summary

TSMC Arizona is hiring an Onsite AI Automation & Agent Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract at the Phoenix campus. The role focuses on building secure AI agents to assist with HR inquiries, onboarding, and training while ensuring human oversight and compliance with security protocols.

You will work with HR, IT, and operations teams to modernize workflows, integrate HRIS systems, and prototype enterprise AI solutions using Agentic tools and coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in AI engineering, workflow automation, or enterprise integration.
• Experience onsite in manufacturing or high-security environments preferred.
• Experience building AI agents and working with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Automate onboarding, shift-rotation and approvals in HR processes.
• Integrate HRIS systems with operational tools using automation platforms.
• Develop secure APIs and data transformations for enterprise HR apps.
