Job summary

Bentley Systems in Exton, PA, is seeking an HR AI Solutions Partner to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered HR tools. You will work closely with HR teams, IT, and enterprise architects to translate needs into production-ready solutions, blending autonomous agents, automation, and intuitive interfaces.

This senior individual contributor role requires deep HR domain knowledge, strong communication with non-technical stakeholders, and a track record of delivering practical AI in HR settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, computer science, organizational psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing AI or automation solutions.
• Experience deploying AI solutions within HR domains such as recruiting, talent management, skills/capabilities taxonomy, learning and development, or employee support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI orchestration platforms; Microsoft Power Platform; workday experience preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise system architecture and IT collaboration on integration/infrastructure requirements.
• Experience building AI governance frameworks and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with HR teams across functions to understand how they work and where AI can help.
• Scope and prioritize problems worth solving; translate needs into measurable opportunities.
• Choose best-fit approaches from enterprise platforms to custom code; identify right tool for the job.
• Build autonomous AI agents and user-friendly interfaces; deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own solutions from idea to production; ensure non‑disruptive adoption by HR teams.
• Collaborate with IT and enterprise architecture to ensure scalable AI capabilities.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards are met.
• Share learnings to support AI enablement across the team.
• Act as SME on HR AI trends, tools, and best practices.
