Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks an HR AI Solutions Partner to advance how HR uses AI across the organization. You will sit with HR teams, translate needs into technical solutions, and own the full arc from initial conversation to everyday usage by colleagues.

This senior individual contributor role requires collaboration with IT and enterprise architecture, a commitment to privacy and responsible AI, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid work in Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR, CS, organizational psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and implementing AI/automation solutions, incl. autonomous workflow design or AI orchestration.
• Experience deploying AI solutions within HR domains (recruiting, talent management, learning, etc.).
• Hands-on with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar orchestration platforms; Power Platform; Workday preferred.
• Familiar with enterprise system architecture and IT integration needs.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured designs.
• Self-starter with initiative and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Experience building for HR/People functions and handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams to understand workflows and where AI can help.
• Prioritize problems and scope opportunities; assess AI applicability.
• Choose best-fit approaches across projects (Workday config, automation, custom code).
• Build end-to-end solutions from AI agents to user interfaces.
• Own solutions from idea to production and enable HR to run them.
• Collaborate with IT and enterprise architecture for integrations.
• Handle colleague data per privacy and responsible AI standards.
• Share learnings to AI enablement programs across the team.
• Serve as SME on HR AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Explain AI tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
