Job summary

isolved is seeking an HR AI Transformation Specialist to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across the HR function. Reporting to the VP of HR Operations, you will lead change management, process redesign, and the delivery of strategic programs that modernize HR capabilities, including Claude-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–8 years of HR transformation, operations, or program delivery experience.
• Proven change management, design, and delivery in cross-functional environments.
• Experience aligning initiatives with stakeholder objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in HR with operations, talent management, or HR technology preferred.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills and ability to drive adoption without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive materials.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Claude/Anthropic platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HR transformation initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to create integrated plans.
• Assess impacts across HR processes, data, and roles for cohesive design.
• Apply change management to drive adoption of new processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor risks, and report progress to leadership.
• Redesign end-to-end HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Identify standardization opportunities to reduce fragmentation across HR teams.
• Align process design with system capabilities and Claude-powered improvements.
• Contribute to governance, tools, templates, and AI adoption policies.
