Job summary

Cencora, Inc. seeks a Digital HR Intern to help expand AI adoption across HR. You will partner with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, learning, and HR tech teams to identify manual tasks for AI-enabled automation and to coordinate an internal HR AI Hackathon using Microsoft Copilot and Claude skills.

You will design hackathon tracks, develop project plans, and document outcomes for reuse. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital HR strategy, change management, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and project experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Copilot, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Identify manual processes ripe for AI automation across HR functions.
• Collect and organize AI use cases across HR domains.
• Design hackathon tracks and translate problems into clear statements.
• Plan, coordinate, and communicate for the HR AI Hackathon.
• Support prototype development of Copilot agents and Claude skills.
• Document configurations, workflows, and lessons learned.
