Job summary

Veeam invites a Summer Intern to join the People & Culture AI Transformation team. You’ll help design, prototype, and document AI-enabled HR workflows, building scalable playbooks and reusable assets for the enterprise.

This role blends strategy, enablement, and operations to accelerate AI adoption across HR. You’ll collaborate with global teams, gain hands-on experience with LLMs, Copilot tools, and data dashboards, and develop practical outputs used across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, etc.).
• Curiosity about how AI changes work and the ability to use it responsibly.
• Comfortable exploring new tools and working through ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to evaluate AI outputs and iterate toward better results.
• Collaborative and time-zone aware across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI workflows and agents using tools like M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, Claude.
• Turn enablement into durable assets such as checklists and quick-start guides.
• Build and maintain the HR AI knowledge foundation in SharePoint.
• Support intake hygiene, status updates, and lightweight project tracking.
• Measure adoption signals and impact with Excel dashboards.
• Capture requirements and translate them into actionable next steps.
• Ensure high-quality, on-brand AI outputs.
