Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of AI Enablement and Business Process Architecture to lead HR AI strategy and future-state workflow designs across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

The role, reporting to HR leadership, guides cross-functional teams in design, governance, and value realization while partnering with Product, Technology, and Risk functions. Remote within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 7+ years in digital transformation, automation, or workforce experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation strategies at scale.
• Hands-on leadership in AI, automation, or workflow orchestration across HR domains.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise HR AI enablement and automation strategy across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end workflow and employee experience designs across HR domains.
• Lead cross-functional teams through design, implementation, adoption and value realization.
