Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Head of Data Science Services, in New Brunswick, NJ. This leader will shape enterprise HR data science strategy, oversee predictive and prescriptive models, and drive analytics across HR products and moments that matter.

The role emphasizes ethical AI, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable knowledge management within a global HR data ecosystem.

Formación

• A Bachelor Degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, IO Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data science/analytics in a matrixed organization.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary analytics teams and communicating with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve enterprise HR data science strategy and standards.
• Lead models powering people analytics, workforce planning, and HR automation.
• Establish methodological quality for HR research, model development and validation.
• Own employee listening strategy including surveys and passive listening.
• Translate insights into prioritized actions for HR leaders and product teams.
• Develop knowledge management for structured/unstructured HR data.
• Embed insights into HR workflows, products, and experiences.
• Maintain Responsible AI standards for fairness, transparency, and ethics.
• Explore AI technologies to enhance HR insights while ensuring ethics.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Data Governance and Technology partners.
