Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director Technology Management to lead enterprise Data Science and AI initiatives. The role partners with business leaders, data engineering, architecture, and digital teams to prioritize, develop, and scale AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

The successful candidate will guide a team of engineers and data scientists, manage a portfolio of high-impact AI use cases, and oversee governance to ensure responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, AI, ML, or analytics.
• Demonstrated experience leading Data Science or AI teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise across ML, deep learning, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, automation, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives across functions.
• Mentor a team of Full-Stack Data Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI practitioners.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value analytics and AI use cases.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI, ML, and analytics solutions with measurable value.
• Lead design, development, deployment, and operationalization of AI solutions.
• Establish delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and value realization frameworks.
