Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an HR AI & Automation Analyst to lead the transformation of the People Function by leveraging AI, automation, and process redesign to improve productivity and employee experience.

Reporting to the SVP, Worldwide HR, you will own the HR AI roadmap, partner with HR leaders, HR Systems, and the AI Engineer to deploy practical AI solutions, and measure impact through defined metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success improving business processes through technology, automation, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR AI and automation roadmap for the People Function.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation solutions to improve productivity, experience, and scalability.
• Serve as the HR Product Owner for AI initiatives, defining requirements and measuring impact.
• Collaborate with AI Engineer, HR Systems, and technical teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical business applications.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption, time savings, and effectiveness.
• Champion AI adoption across HR through education and change management.
• Analyze and redesign HR processes to simplify workflows and eliminate manual effort.
• Standardize and scale processes across the global HR organization.
• Translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions.
• Create BRDs, process docs, testing plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with HR Operations, Recruiting, HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of core HR operations to ensure practical solutions.
