Reporting to the SVP, Worldwide HR, you will own the HR AI roadmap, partner with HR leaders, HR Systems, and the AI Engineer to deploy practical AI solutions, and measure impact through defined metrics.

Reporting to the SVP, Worldwide HR, this role owns the HR AI and automation roadmap for the People Function. Working closely with HR leaders, HR Systems, and Fortinet’s AI Engineer, this individual will identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, redesign business processes, and deploy practical AI solutions that enable HR to operate more efficiently and strategically.
Success in this role will be measured not by the amount of work performed, but by the amount of work simplified, automated, or eliminated.
Own the roadmap for HR AI and automation initiatives across the People Function.
Analyze and redesign HR processes to simplify workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve quality.
Partner with HR Operations, Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Systems to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms in a business environment.
The ideal candidate is energized by solving business problems with technology. You naturally challenge manual processes, think in systems, and look for opportunities to simplify work through AI and automation. You combine strong business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy partnering across HR and Engineering to build practical solutions that create measurable impact.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $126,000 - $200,000. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
