Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned academic units, interpreting and applying policies and agreements.
• Manage faculty, academic student employee, and hourly employment actions and documentation.
• Consult with department chairs, directors, and administrators on personnel matters and employment practices.
• Partner with finance and leadership on workforce planning and budgeting implications.
• Other duties as assigned.
