Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, organizational leadership, public administration, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible HR experience with at least two years leading staff or major projects.
• Experience advising leadership on complex HR matters including employee relations, investigations, benefits, or leave administration.
• Experience supervising HR professionals preferred.
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates required knowledge and abilities.

• Oversee HRIS configuration, data entry, reporting, and data governance.
• Draft and revise HR policies and employee handbook; coordinate implementation.
