• Knowledge of employment policies/regulations and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with higher education environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation and hiring coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and advise on market trends and inclusive hiring practices.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and HR programs to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Manage recruiting metrics and reporting to inform decisions.
• Stay current on employment regulations and UW policies to ensure compliant hiring.
