Deluxe Corporation is seeking an HR Advisor III to deliver exceptional service to employees, HR Partners and retirees, handling inquiries about benefits, payroll and policies with accuracy. The role also provides project support and helps maintain HR systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service with confidential data and 1 year in HR, plus proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Excel. Includes a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: HS/GED and 4 years of experience or Associate's and 2 years of experience.
• 2-year customer service experience with confidential data; 1 year in Human Resources; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Case Management Tracking Systems

Responsabilités

• Respond to daily HR inquiries through service channels, providing accurate HR policy info promptly.
• Resolve complex cases using benefits, payroll, compliance resources; involve HR Business Partners as needed; assist escalations.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation sessions at hub locations and virtually.
• Assist in maintenance of HR databases and systems; ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR policies; provide feedback for improvements.
• Perform other duties to support HR goals and objectives.
• Provide project support to HR team; coordinate schedules and related documentation.
