Job summary

Deluxe is seeking an HR Advisor III in Minnesota to deliver exceptional employee support, manage a high-volume inquiry flow, and resolve HR-related questions on benefits, payroll, and policies. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and retirees, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

You will also support HR projects, assist with orientations, and help maintain HR data systems while upholding confidentiality across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• 2 years of prior customer service experience handling confidential data; 1 year in Human Resources; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Case Management Tracking Systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily HR inquiries through various service channels with accurate policy information.
• Resolve complex inquiries by leveraging knowledge in benefits, payroll, compliance; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation at hub locations and virtually.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems ensuring data integrity.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support HR team goals and projects.
• Provide comprehensive project support to the HR team, coordinating schedules and documentation
