Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) in Phoenix is hiring an entry-level HR/Recruiting Assistant to join our team on an hourly, Monday–Friday schedule. You will be part of a dynamic operations group that supports payroll, hiring, and onboarding activities with attention to accuracy and customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years of HR or recruiting experience, basic computer and MS Office skills, and a willingness to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR or recruiting experience required.
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office.
• HS Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with payroll questions and issues.
• Pre-screen applicants, interview, and update status in ATS.
• On-board new hires and coordinate timekeeping.
• Assist candidates with applications and job opportunities.
• Schedule labor in coordination with Site Manager.
• Maintain employee files and payroll entries, including corrections.
• Collaborate with Home Office on reports and updates.
