Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of HR experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leadership.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment.
• Process payroll activities and resolve payroll inquiries.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and accommodations for compliance.
• Lead investigations on employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
