Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, benefits administration, data entry, and HR policy guidance in a fast-paced environment. A strong HRIS background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with payroll processes and confidentiality.
• Experience with HR information systems and data entry.
• Proven ability to recruit and onboard hourly staff.
• Strong communication across all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist HRBP with daily HR operations and record keeping.
• Support payroll, on-boarding, and exit processes for hourly employees.
• Coordinate employee events and HR communications while maintaining confidentiality.
