Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a seasoned Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of group benefits and retirement programs. You will collaborate across teams to ensure legal compliance and accurate payroll reporting, acting as the SME for benefits and retirement with strong data analysis skills.

The role requires partnering with vendors, managing enrollment, and supporting annual audits while driving process improvements and scalable solutions for workforce benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in benefits/retirement administration.
• Experience with UKGPro or ADP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of group benefits and retirement programs.
• Coordinate enrollment activities and support annual enrollment with HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, ACA and company policies.
• Audit and process benefit payments, deductions, and vendor billing.
• Prepare and deliver ongoing reports and ad-hoc requests.
