Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the production location. You will partner with plant leadership to recruit, retain, develop, and motivate a high-quality workforce to meet organizational goals.

You will oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, performance management, and safety initiatives while collaborating with HR peers across locations to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field.
• Five (5) years of management experience in Human Resources with prior experience in staffing and employee relations.
• Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS applications.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of HR at the production location.
• Recruit, retain, develop and motivate high quality employees to achieve objectives.
• Manage payroll functions and deliver payroll-related files to central payroll.
• Provide HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, safety and employee relations.
• Train supervisors and managers on Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
• Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Engage in safety activities and safety committee meetings.
