Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for our Greer, SC production location. You will support plant leadership to recruit, retain, develop and motivate staff to meet organizational goals.

Your focus includes HR policy adherence, payroll delivery, onboarding, performance management, training, change management and workforce planning across hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field.
• Five (5) years of management experience in Human Resources with prior experience in staffing and employee relations.
• Previous manufacturing HR experience preferred.
• Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience conducting first-line and management training.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS applications.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of all HR related issues at the production location.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to HR policies and external influences such as state/provincial legislation.
• Provide best-practice service for recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, change, and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement employment standards to position Refresco as an employer of choice.
• Establish departmental performance standards and monitor delivery.
• Build partnerships with recruitment agencies to maximize service quality and ROI.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across locations to share best practices.
• Engage in local community activities to build Refresco employer brand.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of hourly and salaried employees at the location.
• Manage payroll functions and deliver payroll files to central payroll team.
• Guide HR admin tasks and train managers on self-service payroll systems.
• Answer benefits questions during open enrollment and ensure timely data entry.
