Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR team in Bangor. You will support HR processes, maintain employee records in the HRIS, and ensure a professional and responsive HR service to employees.

The permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Benefits include 25 days' annual leave, a pension plan, free onsite parking and a company-wide bonus scheme. On-site team events and salary reviews are also part of the package.

Qualifications

• Passion for HR
• Comfortable using computers and various systems, ideally a HRIS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and manage digital files
• Assist with recruitment activities and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain accurate employee data
• Assist with other duties as and when required
