Job summary

MRA - The Management Association is seeking an experienced Human Resource Administrator to lead the HR department's routine functions including hiring, payroll, benefits, and leave administration. You will enforce company policies and practices while driving performance across the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources management experience preferred.
  • Licenses / Certifications / Registrations as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s HR strategy for talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides support for sensitive questions, may administer routine accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
  • Manages talent acquisition, especially for managerial, exempt, and professional roles, collaborating with managers.
  • Analyzes compensation and benefits trends; proposes competitive pay programs.
  • Creates learning and development programs for internal growth.
  • Oversees disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and reviews policies accordingly.
  • Keeps knowledge of HR trends and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
