Position: HR Administrator - Janesville, WI

Seneca Foods is currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include:

1. Processing leave claims such as FMLA and Workers' Compensation
2. Managing leave claims, following up with employees, and assisting with claim processing and issues
3. Assisting in staffing needs
4. Onboarding new hires
5. Assisting with payroll
6. Providing administrative support in the HR Office

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in HR field preferred
• 3-5 years HR experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• SAP experience helpful; proficiency in Excel and Word required
• Bilingual skills preferred
