Pay Info: Pay starts at $29 and increases according to years of applicable experience.
The Application Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of assigned applications, including scripting, configuration, integrations, and administration. Works with leadership to develop technical solutions that meet business needs. Collaborates with other departments, System Administrators, and Application Analysts. Monitors system health, usage, compliance, and maintains production, test, and development application platforms. Configures and manages application usage, data integrity, and system software releases, working with vendors for configuration, enhancements, and support escalations. Builds workflows and automates processes, develops system integrations, creates documentation, and provides internal training. Generates reports and KPI analysis. Provides 24x7 on-call support as scheduled.
The systems supported include, but are not limited to: Symplr Time & Attendance, Symplr Staffing and Scheduling, Cornerstone Learning, and Workday. Responsibilities include testing and deploying solutions, understanding and executing functional requirements, reviewing and implementing software releases, designing and maintaining integrations, supporting feature updates, and performing administrative functions such as security and environment configuration. Experience with IBMi programming and Payroll, HR, ERP, Recruiting, or Benefits software is desirable.
