Job summary

Albany International is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support HR practices, recruitment, payroll assistance, and data management.

The role reports to the VP of HR and requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus familiarity with SAP and basic HR knowledge. Day shift, on-site in New Hampshire; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree preferred but not required.
• PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide key recruiting and employment support including Advertising/Posting, Phone Screens, Interview scheduling, Travel coordination, Background checks, Relocation authorizations, and new hire paperwork.
• Accurate and timely data input for SAP HR database for new hires and existing employees.
• Coordinate new hire training programs including orientation.
• Assist in payroll administration/troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate employee events including quarterly meetings.
• Create and execute HR measurement and data tracking reports.
• Process HR related invoices timely and accurately.
• Assist in resolving employee questions regarding benefits/policies.
• Provide general office administration support.
