• HRIS support and end-user assistance across HR systems and processes.
• Documentation, knowledge management, and training material development.
• Testing, validation, and coordination with vendors for upgrades and fixes.
• Ensure data integrity, security roles, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver HRIS training to employees and managers.
