Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking an HR Admin Specialist to deliver frontline HR operations support across North America. You will handle Workday navigation, employee data changes, onboarding activities, and case management in ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

In a high-volume shared services environment, you will coordinate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, privacy, and consistent employee experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of HR administration or shared services experience.
• Experience with accurate data entry and HR transactions.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with Workday HCM or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee, manager, and HR partner inquiries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or other channels.
• Provide professional, responsive HR support with clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Use policies and knowledge articles to resolve questions at the earliest contact point.
• Assist employees with Workday navigation and self-service features without completing actions that are customer responsibility.
• Document, validate, and route requests with accurate case records in ServiceNow.
