Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Manager, Employee Lifecycle to lead the North American team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle administration across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will set priorities, manage capacity, and drive service quality in Workday and ServiceNow workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle administration.
• 2+ years leading an HR operations or service delivery team.
• Experience leading teams responsible for lifecycle transactions, HR data, service requests, and escalations in a complex org.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, data privacy, records management and internal controls.
• Experience using service performance measures and operational data to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership, customer service, problem-solving, process improvement, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for day-to-day employee lifecycle administration across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Provide leadership oversight across pre-hire and onboarding, employee data changes, job and organization changes, transfers, status changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure the HR Administration team has clear priorities, staffing, tools, procedures, training, and quality controls.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in Workday and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Guide complex escalations and coordinate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
