The role operates in a high-volume shared services environment within Motion's HR Operations team, requiring excellent attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR administration or shared services experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and data entry standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline HR contact via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and related systems with accuracy.
• Support pre-employment, onboarding, and employee data changes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Escalate complex issues per policy and collaborate with HR partners.
