Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is seeking an HR Admin Specialist to join our North America HR Operations team. You will be the frontline contact for employee and manager inquiries, guiding users through Workday navigation and HR processes, while processing lifecycle transactions and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes service excellence, strong attention to detail, and strict adherence to privacy standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years in HR administration, customer service, or related service environment.
Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, employee records, and HR transactions.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and privacy compliance.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR contact for employees, managers, and HR partners via phone, email, or ServiceNow.
Create and manage ServiceNow cases through resolution with timely follow-up.
Process Workday HR transactions including onboarding, changes, and terminations.
Maintain data integrity and comply with privacy, security, and records requirements.
Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to resolve requests.
Prepare and distribute HR reports and maintain employee records and documentation.
