You will handle frontline inquiries, perform HR lifecycle transactions in Workday, manage ServiceNow cases, and maintain confidentiality while delivering accurate, timely support to employees and managers. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in HR preferred.
• 2+ years in HR administration or shared services.
• Experience with accurate data entry and HR transactions.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
• Create and manage ServiceNow cases; ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Execute HR lifecycle transactions in Workday and related systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support compliance, records management, and HR data integrity across processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, knowledge, and processes.
