Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills, hands-on Zoho (Payroll, People, Books) or similar, and a sharp eye for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and collections: prepare weekly and monthly client invoices (USD) and follow up firmly on unpaid ones.
• Recruitment: shortlist CVs, schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate salaries and issue offer letters.
• Payroll and compliance: run monthly payroll in Zoho Payroll and handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS on salary and Form 16.
• Attendance and leaves: manage Zoho People, leave approvals and the monthly leave sheet.
• Payments and FIRC: pay credit card and vendor bills on time and obtain FIRCs for export receipts.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities with the IT team
• Maintain Hubstaff records and daily team work-status tracking
• Upload monthly statements (bank, PayPal, Stripe, Mercury)
• Manage the HR mailbox and internal announcements
• Coordinate employee engagement: birthdays, anniversaries and joining posts
