Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR & GA Executive to support payroll and employee administration for a conglomerate client. The role covers HR operations, expatriate housing, work pass administration, and office procurement in a high-growth environment.

The candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, leave tracking, HRIS maintenance, and cost tracking, with exposure to regional activities and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration.
• Diploma in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and HRIS.
• Able to work effectively with staff at all levels and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer leave applications and support leave tracking.
• Review overseas business travel claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Support company committees and activities.
• Provide support for HR projects for continuous improvement.
