Qualifications

• One or more years of administrative, office, or customer service experience.
• Proficient scheduling and calendar management, including Outlook.
• Confidential handling of candidate and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Keep hiring moving: schedule phone screens, interviews, and meet-and-greets.
• Welcome visitors and manage mail, deliveries, and onboarding area.
• Prepare New Hire Orientation materials, ID badges, and IT setup requests.
• Track CPR training and Relias records with expiration reminders.
• Manage supplies and purchasing; arrange catering and event setup.
• Process employment verifications and assist with staff recognition.
