Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR and/or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting.
• Familiarity with US employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, I-9 and W-4 processing and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records compliant with federal and Texas laws.
• Administer benefits enrollment and changes; communicate with employees.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with external CPA/accountants.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and assist with month-end close.
