Job summary

Actus Consulting Group is seeking an Accounting Manager with HR support in Richardson, TX. This role oversees financial activities across divisions, coordinating with the parent company and supervising staff.

You will prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and experience with ERP systems. Onsite, 8 AM–5 PM, exempt status.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of related experience in public and/or private accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Microsoft GP or similar enterprise systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support financial activities across all divisions, directly or through supervisors.
• Prepare budgets, study proposals, and provide supporting documentation.
• Coordinate audits of company accounts and tax returns.
• Advise management on insurance coverage and liabilities.
• Develop policies for account collections and credit extension.
• Provide timely financial status updates to management.
