Job summary

Aerones Engineering in Denton, TX is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations and employee records. You will work with the HRBP and teams to ensure accurate data, timely support, and scalable processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will drive smarter HR operations, introduce automation, and help build reliable workflows in a fast-growing technology company while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR generalist roles.
• Practical knowledge of U.S. HR administration and employment-related processes.
• Experience with HR systems and managing employee data, preferably BambooHR.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with AI tools, digital solutions and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, employment documents, inductions, changes and offboarding.
• Maintain BambooHR and employee records, perform data checks, ensure documentation is complete and secure.
• Coordinate benefits and leave administration with providers.
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies.
• Be a trusted contact for benefits, leave, HR documentation and routine HR procedures.
• Keep HR policies and communications organized with templates and checklists.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards to support planning.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows while protecting confidential data.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements with the HRBP.
