Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Manager of Human Resources in Frisco, TX, to partner with the VP of the Contact Center and lead HR initiatives across Frisco and Scottsdale. You will drive employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, payroll, and analytics to support a fast-paced org.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR generalist roles, experience with a Contact Center, and strong analytics. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience including employee relations, compensation, benefits, culture, performance management, and onboarding.
• Experience supporting a Contact Center environment is required.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll data, reporting, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, Texas, Arizona, and local employment and leave laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC requirements, and Title VII.
• Experience advising and influencing leaders at all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day human resources support to employees and managers, including employee relations, leadership support, employee experience, inclusive culture, and policy administration.
• Lead interviewing and hiring for Contact Center employees, including partnering with Talent Acquisition and external staffing agencies as appropriate.
• Coordinate onboarding for all new hires in Frisco and Scottsdale in collaboration with the U.S. HR team.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS, payroll, and related systems; research errors, resolve integration issues, complete data uploads, and support two payroll cycles.
