Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Manager, Human Resources to support our Contact Center and corporate offices in Frisco, TX. You will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of the Contact Center and leaders across units in Frisco and Scottsdale, focusing on employee relations, onboarding, compensation, payroll, HRIS data, and engagement.

This role requires 5+ years of HR generalist experience, contact center familiarity, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience including employee relations, compensation, benefits, culture, performance management and onboarding.
• Experience supporting a Contact Center environment is required.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, employee data, reporting and data integrity.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, Title VII).
• Experience advising leaders and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including relations, leadership support, and policy administration.
• Partner with VP of the Contact Center and leaders in Frisco/Scottsdale.
• Lead interviewing and hiring for Contact Center roles; coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain job descriptions and review market compensation and internal equity.
• Maintain HRIS, payroll data, and conduct data uploads for two payroll cycles.
• Conduct and document employee relations investigations; ensure confidentiality.
• Analyze workforce metrics and support action plans to improve engagement and retention.
