Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company seeks an experienced accommodations specialist to oversee workplace accommodation processes within an automotive manufacturing setting. You will coordinate best-practice accommodations under ADA and PWFA and serve as the subject matter expert on related processes and laws.

You will support the Medical Leave team, collaborate with HR, EHS, and management, and help draft communications while maintaining strict confidentiality of records.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of job-related experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in ADA, accommodations, and disability management.
• 3+ years experience with casemanagement and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and interactive process for workplace accommodations and communicate decisions.
• Track and document accommodation cases and outcomes.
• Maintain confidential information and ensure timely case management.
• Assist Medical Leave Specialists with leave and disability management coordination.
• Draft professional communications related to accommodation requests and letters.
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, management, and medical clinic to determine eligibility for work assignments.
• Provide guidance and training on ADA, PWFA, and related policies.
